These Terms & Conditions govern your use of oxelvanta.com and its pages, game catalogue, reviews, scores and links (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how the Site handles information and form part of the overall terms governing your visit.
2. What Oxelvanta does
Oxelvanta is an independent editorial and discovery service focused on free-to-play online video games that are relevant to players in Ireland. We publish opinions, summaries, practical game information and links to publishers or authorised platforms.
Oxelvanta is not a game operator, gambling service, casino, betting service, competition operator, digital wallet, marketplace or payment provider. You cannot create a gaming account, place a stake, deposit money, win real-world prizes, hold funds, withdraw money or cash out through this Site.
We do not host, distribute, patch or control the games listed. An “official site” button is an external link, not an endorsement, partnership or guarantee.
3. What “free-to-play” means

6. Reviews, scores and availability
Oxel scores, rankings, “game of the week” selections, pros, cautions and suitability comments are subjective editorial opinions. They are not professional advice, factual guarantees, odds, promises of performance or representations by a publisher.
Live-service games change frequently. A publisher can alter availability, platforms, features, age ratings, regional access, monetisation, servers or system requirements after our review. We aim for reasonable accuracy but do not promise that every detail is current, complete or error-free. The publisher's official page is the final source for installation and account information.

9. Service disclaimers

10. Limits of liability

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights under the law of your home country. Nothing here limits a mandatory right to use an available dispute-resolution or regulatory process.
If one provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These terms, together with the linked policies, are the agreement between you and Oxelvanta about use of the Site.
